Drop-face, full bullnose or square edge coping in travertine, bluestone, granite or silver ash marble. Around a pool, the mitre cuts and the grout lines are what people notice. We do them once, and we do them neat.
Sir Walter, Kikuyu, Couch or Tall Fescue - whatever suits the block. We spray out the old grass, level and grade it, top-dress with a sandy loam and roll the slabs in tight. A lawn is only as good as the soil underneath, so we don't skimp on the prep.
Premium synthetic turf on a compacted crushed rock base. Pet-friendly, UV stable and cut in tight to the edges - no cheap plastic look, no lifting seams.
Besser block, link block, treated pine sleepers and steel sleepers. We put ag-pipe and drainage behind the wall so the water doesn't push it over in five years' time.
Pressure-tested pop-up sprinkler systems on a Hunter or Rain Bird controller, sized to the block. No dry patches, no overspray onto the footpath, no wasted water.
Channel drains, ag-pipe, sump pits and surface falls plumbed in properly. We grade it so water moves where it should, not back into the slab or across the driveway.
